Triple Berry Yogurt Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup CP-Meiji Triple Berry Greek Yogurt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and dark chocolate chunks.

  4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter or oil with the brown sugar and egg until well combined.

  5. Stir in the mashed bananas and mix well.

  6. Add the Triple Berry Greek Style yogurt and mix until smooth.

  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan, spreading it evenly.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  10. Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.

  11. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

  12. Slice and serve the chocolate chunk banana bread with Greek yogurt as a moist and delicious treat!
