Triple Berry Yogurt Bowl

Components:

  • Triple Berry Greek Yogurt

  • Almonds

  • Dark Chocolate Bar 50g

  • Assorted Fresh Berries

Garnish:

  • Edible Flowers

Triple Berry Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • CP-Meiji Triple Berry Greek Style Yogurt 100g

  • Vanilla Bean Paste 2g

  • Honey 10g

Steps:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the greek yogurt with vanilla bean paste, and honey.

  2. Mix well, set aside in the chiller.

Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Bar

Steps:

  1. Break the chocolate in half and put in a
    microwaveable bowl.

  2. Heat up the chocolate for 10 seconds and use a spoon or spatula to stir the chocolate around.

  3. Put it back into the microwave and heat it up. Repeat step 2 until all the chocolate has fully melted.

    Pro tip: Avoid microwaving for long intervals to prevent the chocolate from burning.

Assorted Berries

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

Steps:

  1. Slice and cut the different berries to your preferred size.

Assembling:

  1. Take a deep dish or bowl and spoon the Triple Berry yogurt mixture onto it.

  2. Arrange the berries on one side of the yogurt, together with the candied almonds and toasted chia seeds.

  3. Gently pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt and berries.

  4. Garnish with edible flowers. Take the remaining chocolate bar and grate chocolate over the whole dish.
